Sheriff sales include the public sale of home foreclosures, forfeitures and sales of equipment no longer required by the department.

 A. Home foreclosure sales are normally held on alternating Mondays at 11:00 A.M. in 
    Room 302, the County Commissioners Court Room, which is located on the 3rd floor 
    of the Comanche County Courthouse. The current listing of property for sale is shown 
    in the spread sheet below. At the bottom of the spread sheet is the scheduled sale 
    date.

B. There are currently no forfeiture or excess equipment sales scheduled.
