RECORDS

The Records Division is comprised of a supervisor (Beverley Crosby), who also functions as the Sheriff's Secretary, and seven civilian records technicians.

The Front Desk manages the business day activities that include Self-Defense Act processing, Sex Offender registry, records filing and computer entry of reports and offenses as well as serving as the receptionists for walk-in customers.

The Records Division operates 24 hour a day, 7 day a week. The technicians in the Records Division serve as the telephone operator, monitors radio traffic, operates the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Terminal with its access to the National Crime Information Center, and manages and verifies for all warrants and Protective Orders issued by Comanche County.
